苏志辉，男，汉族，1975年1月生，1998年4月参加工作，大学学历，法律硕士，三级高级法官。2007年4月起先后任海南省高级人民法院办公室助理审判员，党组秘书，院长办公室主任，办公室副主任、审判员、办公室主任。2015年8月起先后任海南省屯昌县人民法院党组书记、副院长、代院长，院长。2019年11月起任海南省第一中级人民法院海南第一涉外民商事法庭庭长，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院党组成员、副院长。

  Su Zhihui, Vice-president of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court and Senior Judge of the Third Rank

Su Zhihui was born in January 1975. He has obtained a master degree in Law. He served as assistant judge of General Office, secretary, director of the President’s Office, deputy director, judge and director of General Office of Hainan High People's Court since 2007. Starting from August 2015, Su worked in Tunchang County People's Court as Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group, Vice-president, Acting President and President. From November 2019, he served as the director of the First Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Court in the First Intermediate People's Court of Hainan Province, and was appointed as the Vice-president of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.
