海南第二涉外民商事法庭是经最高人民法院批复、中共海南省委机构编制委员会办公室批准设立的集中管辖发生在三亚市、东方市、万宁市、五指山市、陵水黎族自治县、保亭黎族苗族自治县、白沙黎族自治县、乐东黎族自治县辖区内诉讼标的额人民币50亿元以下第一审涉外、涉港澳台民商事案件立案、审判及执行的机构。

   The Second Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Court of Hainan is approved by the Supreme People's Court and the Office of the Organizational Development Committee of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee for the establishment of institutions for filing, trial and execution. It concentrates on the first instance of international civil and commercial cases involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan with the amount of less than 5 billion yuan in the jurisdiction of Sanya, Dongfang, Wanning, Wuzhishan, Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County, Baishali Autonomous County and Ledong Li Autonomous County.

    法庭按照立审执一体化模式运行，内设立案组（包括案件管理办公室、诉讼服务中心）、审判组和执行组，现有6名法官。法庭通过统一审理涉外、涉港澳台民商事案件，统一裁判尺度，提升审判质效；加强诉讼与调解、仲裁的线上线下对接，完善多元化纠纷解决机制，拓展高标准、全覆盖的信息化纠纷解决方式，为域内外民商事主体提供公正、高效、权威、便捷的纠纷化解服务，努力营造稳定公平透明、可预期的法治化营商环境。

   The court operates in an integrated mode of filing, trial and execution. There are six judges in the court, including the case management office, the litigation service center, the trial group and the execution group.In order to provide fair, efficient, authoritative and convenient dispute resolution services for civil and commercial subjects both inside and outside the territory, and strive to create a stable, fair, transparent and predictable business environment ruled by law. Through the unified trial of foreign-related, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-related civil and commercial cases, the court unifies the criteria of adjudication and improves the quality and effectiveness of the trial; strengthens the online and offline docking of litigation, mediation and arbitration, improves the diversified dispute resolution mechanism, and expands the high-standard and full-coverage of information-based dispute resolution methods.
