海南第一涉外民商事法庭主要集中管辖海口市、三沙市、儋州市、洋浦经济开发区、文昌市、琼海市、澄迈县、屯昌县、临高县、定安县、琼中黎族苗族自治县、昌江黎族自治县范围内诉讼标的额人民币50亿元以下（不含本数）的第一审涉外民商事案件的审理及执行；

在上述管辖范围内诉讼标的额人民币50亿元以下（不含本数）的第一审涉及香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区的民商事案件的审理及执行；

在上述管辖范围内的涉外商事调解、仲裁案件的执行。

Jurisdiction of The First Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Court of Hainan

The centralized jurisdiction of the Court covers Haikou, Sansha, Danzhou, Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Wenchang, Qionghai, Chengmai, Tunchang, Lingao, Dingan, Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County and Changjiang Li Autonomous County.

The jurisdiction of the Court includes:

1.1 The first instance and enforcement of civil and commercial cases in which any party, the cause of an action or the object of an action involves foreign elements within the judicial area with the subject of an action less than RMB 5 billion;

1.2 The first instance and enforcement of civil and commercial cases related to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Region of the People’s Republic of China within the judicial area with the subject of an action less than RMB 5 billion.

1.3 The enforcement of international commercial mediation and arbitration cases within the judicial areas specified above.
