叶珊茹，女，汉族，中共党员，1973年10月生，海南海口人。西南政法大学经济法系（国际经济法）专业本科毕业，海南大学在职研究生，获法律硕士学位，三级高级法官。1996年11月参加工作，先后任海南省洋浦开发区人民法院党组成员副院长、海南省高级人民法院办公室副主任、立案一庭副庭长。先后荣获“全国建功立业巾帼英雄”、“海南省五四青年奖章”、“海南省三八红旗手”等荣誉称号。现任海南第一涉外民商事法庭庭长。

Ye Shanru was born in October 1973 in Haikou, Hainan Province. She majored in Economic Law (International Economic Law) at Southwest University of Political Science and Law and then she continued her study and obtained her master’s degree in Law. Ye is a Senior Judge of the Third Rank. She started her career in November 1996, working successively as a member of the Leading Party Group and the deputy president of Yangpu Economic Development Zone of Hainan Province, the deputy director of Administrative Department and the deputy chief judge of Case-filing Division of the High People’s Court of Hainan Province. She was awarded honors of “National Outstanding Heroine”, “Hainan Youth May Fourth Medal” and “Hainan March-eighth of Red-banner Pacesetter Title”. Now Judge Ye is the Chief Judge of Hainan First Foreign-Related Civil and Commercial Tribunal.
