1、夏君丽，女，汉族，1968年8月生，1992年8月参加工作，在职研究生学历，法学博士，一级高级法官。曾在北京市石景山区人民检察院工作。2001年1月起先后任最高人民法院民三庭主任科员、助审员、审判长。2019年10月起任海南省高级人民法院党组成员、副院长，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院党组书记、院长（兼）。

2、苏志辉，男，汉族，1975年1月生，1998年4月参加工作，大学学历，法律硕士，三级高级法官。2007年4月起先后任海南省高级人民法院办公室助理审判员，党组秘书，院长办公室主任，办公室副主任、审判员、办公室主任。2015年8月起先后任海南省屯昌县人民法院党组书记、副院长、代院长，院长。2019年11月起任海南省第一中级人民法院海南第一涉外民商事法庭庭长，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院党组成员、副院长。

3、沈美萍，女，汉族，1979年12月生，2006年2月参加工作，大学学历，法律硕士，四级高级法官。2013年3月起先后任海南省第二中级人民法院民事审判第二庭助理审判员、民事审判第一庭助理审判员、民事审判第二庭审判员。2020年1月起任海南省第二中级人民法院审判事务管理办公室副主任，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院审判委员会委员、审判员。

4、梁琼，女，汉族，1974年8月生，1995年9月参加工作，大学学历，法律硕士，四级高级法官。曾在海口市公安局防暴支队工作。2004年9月起先后任海南省海口市中级人民法院民一庭助理审判员、执行局执行工作科副科长、书记官处综合科科长、民事审判第三庭副庭长、执行局副局长。2019年11月起任海南省海口市中级人民法院海口知识产权法庭副庭长，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院审判委员会委员、审判员。

5、苏慧，女，汉族，1980年8月生，2002年6月参加工作，在职研究生学历，公共管理硕士、法律硕士，四级高级法官。2009年5月至2010年8月在美国犹他州大学学习，获公共管理硕士学位。2013年5月起先后任海南省海口市中级人民法院环境保护审判庭助理审判员、环境资源审判庭审判员、书记官处综合科科长。2019年11月起任海南省海口市中级人民法院海口知识产权法庭副庭长，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院审判委员会委员、审判员。

6、李婕，女，汉族，1981年2月生，2005年8月参加工作，大学学历，法律硕士，一级法官。2013年8月起先后任海南省东方市人民法院办公室助理审判员、副主任、主任，执行局局长。2019年9月起任海南省海口市中级人民法院知识产权法庭审判员，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院审判员。

7、罗静怡，女，汉族，1986年4月生，2010年11月参加工作，在职研究生学历，公共管理硕士，一级法官。2013年8月起先后任海南省定安县人民法院助理审判员、审判员、龙门法庭副庭长。2019年9月起任海南省海口市中级人民法院知识产权法庭审判员，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院审判员。

8、潘召勇，男，汉族，1987年4月生，2010年12月参加工作，大学学历，法学学士，一级法官。2013年10月起先后任海南省文昌市人民法院文教人民法庭助理审判员、龙楼中心人民法庭审判员、执行局副局长。2019年9月起任海南省海口市中级人民法院知识产权法庭审判员，2021年3月起任海南自由贸易港知识产权法院审判员。

Judges

1.Xia Junli, President of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court and Senior Judge of the First Rank

 Xia Junli was born in August 1968. She has obtained an on-job master degree in Law, and holds a degree of Ph.D. in Law. She began her career in August 1992. Xia used to work in Beijing Shijingshan District Procuratorate, and served as principal staff, assistant judge, chief judge in the No.3 Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court since 2001. Xia has been working as a member of the Party Group and Vice-president of Hainan High People's Court since 2019, and was also appointed as the Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and President of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

2.Su Zhihui, Vice-president of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court and Senior Judge of the Third Rank

  Su Zhihui was born in January 1975. He has obtained a master degree in Law. He served as assistant judge of General Office, secretary, director of the President’s Office, deputy director of General Office, judge and director of General Office of Hainan High People's Court since 2007. Starting from August 2015, Su worked in Tunchang County People's Court as Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group, Vice-president, Acting President and President. From November 2019, he served as the director of the First Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Court in the First Intermediate People's Court of Hainan Province, and was appointed as the Vice-president of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

3.Shen Meiping, Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank

  Shen Meiping was born in December 1979. She has obtained a master degree in Law. She started her career in 2006. Shen served as assistant judge, judge of No.1 and No.2 Civil Division, deputy director of the Department of Trial Affairs in the Second Intermediate People's Court of Hainan Province since 2013, and was appointed as a member of the court's judicial committee and a judge of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

4.Liang Qiong, Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank

  Liang Qiong was born in August 1974. She has obtained a master degree in Law. Liang used to work in Haikou Public Security Bureau, and served as assistant judge of No.1 Civil Division, deputy director of Enforcement Operation Section, director of Clerk Division General Section, deputy director of No.3 Civil Division, deputy director of Enforcement Bureau of Haikou Intermediate People's Court since 2004. She worked as deputy director of Intellectual Property Division of Haikou Intermediate People's Court in 2019, and was appointed as a member of the court's judicial committee and a judge of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

5.Su Hui, Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank

  Su Hui was born in August 1980. She has obtained an on-job master degree in Law. Su studied in the University of Utah from May 2009 to August 2010 and received master degree of public administration. Starting from 2013, Su served as assistant judge, judge of Environment and Resources Division, and head of General Section of Clerk Division of Haikou Intermediate People's Court. She worked as deputy director of Intellectual Property Division of Haikou Intermediate People's Court since 2019, and was appointed as a member of the court's judicial committee and a judge of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

6.Li Jie, Judge of the First Rank

  Li Jie was born in February 1981. She has obtained a master degree in Law. Li served as assistant judge, deputy director and director of General Office, director of Enforcement Bureau of Dongfang People's Court. Starting from 2019, she worked as a judge of Intellectual Property Division of Haikou Intermediate People's Court, and was appointed as a judge of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

7.Luo Jingyi, Judge of the First Rank

  Luo Jingyi was born in April 1986. She has obtained an on-job master in public administration. Starting from 2013, Luo served as assistant judge, judge and deputy director of Longmen Tribunal of Dingan County People's Court. She worked as a judge of Intellectual Property Division of Haikou Intermediate People's Court in 2019, and was appointed as a judge of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

8.Pan Zhaoyong, Judge of the First Rank

  Pan Zhaoyong was born in April 1987. He has obtained a bachelor degree in Law. Pan served as assistant judge, judge and deputy director of Enforcement Bureau of Wenchang People's Court. Starting from 2019, she worked as a judge of Intellectual Property Division of Haikou Intermediate People's Court, and was appointed as a judge of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

9.Zhou Ling, Judge of the Second Rank

  Zhou Ling was born in October 1982. She has obtained a master degree in Law. Starting from 2008, Zhou served as assistant judge, judge of No.2 Civil Division and deputy director of Clerk Division Office of Haikou Intermediate People's Court. She worked as a judge of Intellectual Property Division of Haikou Intermediate People's Court in 2019, and was appointed as a judge of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

10. Yang Shan, Judge of the Second Rank

   Yang Shan was born in May 1983. She has obtained a master degree in Law. Yang served as assistant judge and judge of Criminal Division of Haikou Intermediate People's court since 2009, and was appointed as a judge of Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court in March, 2021.

11. Liu Yuanmin, Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank

   Liu Yuanmin was born in June 1984. She has obtained a master degree in Law. Liu started her career in Haikou Maritime Bureau in 2010, and worked in Hainan High People's Court as senior staff member, principal staff member, judge assistant since 2012. She was appointed as a judge of Hainan High People's Court in March, 2021.
